Winwaloe Sleeps 13

The main house sleeps10, with five double bedrooms, five bathrooms/shower rooms, a large sunroom with dining table for 14, sitting/dining room, nursery and a large well-equipped kitchen, utility room and a further downstairs wet-room and outside shower.

UPSTAIRS
Bedroom one: small double bedroom with own loo and shower; Bedroom two: large double sea facing bedroom, ensuite bathroom and private balcony;  Bedroom three: large double sea facing bedroom with own bathroom and use of shower room; Bedroom four: double sea facing bedroom with en suite shower room; Bedroom five: small twin bed room with ensuite shower room.

 

DOWNSTAIRS

Kitchen: This is large and well-equipped with a family sized larder fridge and deep freeze, and a large walk in larder/store room. There is a microwave, magimix, dishwasher, double doored electric range with a five-ring gas hob and a belling hot cupboard. There is plenty of cutlery and crockery for thirteen and numerous catering size pans, dishes and bowls.

 

There is an additional table which seats five and useful for children’s teas etc.

 

Utility Room: Has two washing machines (with 15-minute cycles), a commercial size tumble dryer and plenty of hanging space for drying.

 

Wet-Room (with wheelchair access): Adjacent to the utility room is a wet-room with shower and loo which has been designed for use by those in a wheelchair and easily accessible from the Granary’s downstairs bedroom. There is also an outside shower just by the back door for an post-surf hose-down.

 

Sitting Room/Dining Room: There is a good sized sitting room and adjacent dining room with a table for ten.

 

Sunroom: Winwaloe’s sunroom has one of Polzeath’s most envied views of the ocean looking straight out to Trevose Head and Stepper Point. There is a large dining room table which seats fourteen and lots of further seating to admire the view. There is a large larder fridge to chill the drinks.

 

Nursery: This is a nursery at the far end of the house with a selection of children’s games, jigsaws and books. There is a TV (with BT Vision), a DVD Player and table football in case of a rainy day.

 

Boathouse: There is a boathouse at the top of the drive with table tennis and a dart board.

 

Babies: There is a travel cot, high chair and stair-gate for babies and a sandpit and play house in the garden.

Parking: There is parking for six cars with separate parking for the Granary.

 

Wifi: There is free wifi at Winwaloe both in the main house and Granary.

Dogs: Please do not bring your dogs to Winwaloe
